- Additional charges such as toll tax, parking fees, permits, entry tickets, or waiting charges may apply unless specifically included.
- Full payment must be completed before the completion of the trip.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancellation charges may apply depending on the cancellation timing.
- Last-minute cancellations may be non-refundable.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–10 working days.
Travel & Route Conditions
- Routes may change due to weather conditions, roadblocks, landslides, traffic, or government restrictions.
- Certain destinations in Sikkim may require special permits approved by local authorities.
- Customers must carry valid government-issued ID proof during travel.
Vehicle & Driver Policy
- Drivers will follow safe driving guidelines during the journey.
- AC may be switched off in steep hilly areas for vehicle safety and performance.
- Misbehavior with drivers or staff will not be tolerated.
Passenger Responsibilities
- Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings.
- Any damage caused to the vehicle by passengers will be chargeable.
- Smoking, alcohol consumption, or illegal activities inside the vehicle are strictly prohibited.
